hope you dont need the interveiw,m and have in the filea lot of red tags, but i read somewhere that now VO are going to make a require an interview, because they were alo of fruad last year and beggining of this year, and people are using alot of welfare , and nobody is paying.
Good luck i hope you dont need to have an intreview, even if you had is nothing to worry if your relationsip is geniune is nothing to worry .

You don't need to Vienna for interview. They organize interviews near you. I was to Pristine. That is less then 100 km. I hope you will not need an interview.

I hope you're right haha. I don't think I will require an interview I was just curious! That would be expensive because I am already in Canada ! Lol.

So do I have to wait 55 days from when they say they received it (jan 22) or 55 dy from when they sent me an email (feb 5, which I have been told is the AOR).

We are in Canada too. Good question, I hope I don't have to bother with an interview and if so it would be great to do it here, rather than fly all the way to Vienna. $$$

In my email it said to wait 3 months from the date of that AOR email before contacting Vienna

(feb 5, which I have been told is the AOR).

Just to be clear, when people here talk about AOR they are generally talking about the application package arriving in Vienna after Missassuaga has approved sponsorship. Not when Missassuaga says they recieved the package.

So, completely out-of-the-blue I just received my COPR. I'm stunned! A happy stunned, of course, but stunned nonetheless.

It says "Not valid for travel" across the whole page, though... Anybody know what that means?

Cgnyyz forgot to ask, did anything change of ecas for you? a decision made or did they add your home address?

When are you going to land? Did you figure out that "Not valid for travel" thing?

Sponsor as you know most of the offices are close , and you got in Prisina cuz you gusy need the Visa to eneter Vienna for us in Montenegro , Belgrade, or for any Euopean place we can enter Vuienna without Visa , and they scheduling you to go in vienna,

That's not the reason, because we don't need visa for European counties. They usually make appointments near and for more cases. When I was on the interview there were 5-6 people from my country.

i have a question we redid our medical 2 weeks ago does anybody knows how long we have to wait until we are getting the answer, we also sent ouur police certificate , i am just waiting for the answer.

What do you mean by Court Certificate?

Some countries like mine the "Police Certificate" is actually a ministry of justice document. Police in my country does not produce certificates like these and am sure the same applies for other countries too.

CIC website has more info on this. There is a difference between police and court certificates - court certificate states that you don't have a criminal record; police certificate states that there are no criminal lawsuits against you in progress.

We sent court certificate and it was refused so we had to obtain police certificate.

Thank you! I definitely hope it doesn't take 10 months ! The sponsor approval was fast so I hope our second stage will be fast also. we can only hope!
