I am full time international student in canada and my spouse is in india.is it possible he can apply for open work permit.please suggest me how can i do that

If she has an employer in Canada who can sponsor her, then definitely she can apply for work permit.

She applies for a TRV and Open Work Permit through Delhi/Chandrigarh with proof that you are a student in Canada and proof of the marriage.
