Validity of Nigerian PCC

I got a police clearance certificate from my country of residency, Nigeria, in August 2023.It was stated that the PCC was valid for only 3 months.Can I submit my PR application to IRCC despite the PCC being older than 3 months ?? Is it enough reason for rejection?? Please help me all.

Do not try it. Your PCC must still be valid at the time of submission. If it expires after submission, that's a totally different matter. Please get a new one before you submit. It doesn't take much time these days.

but IRCC said the police clearance should have been issued within 6 months.
