Validity of documents for Express Entry

Hi there

I am thinking about starting my EE profile anew. I have two questions:

1. I have applied in March 2017 and I have all the documents still valid. My IELTS is good until May 2018 and my medical until March 2017. If I put it all together by Februray 2018 is it going to be acceptable?
2. I have a signed contract with a linguistic agency in Toronto. Can it be deemed as an actual job offer to include to my EE profile? It is a contract for freelance interpreters so no fixed number of hours guaranteed.

1 - Sure assuming you meant March 2018 for the medicals expiry date. That being said it is quite possible that IRCC will request for you to re-do your medicals.

Thanks. One important thing before I proceed. I don't remember exactly, but are all the documents being uploaded and verified after an ITA has been issued? I mean, if for instance my IELTS is valid until May 2018 but I won't get an ITA before that date, and I will get an ITA in lets say July 2018, will I have to redo it?

Yes, in that scenario you'd have to redo your IETLS. It must be valid when submitting your e-APR after receiving your ITA.
