I have a PCC that is 11 months old but I didn't go back to my country after it was issued. On cic they have mentioned "For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant lived in that country." I have submitted it for my PNP application. Can I use the scan copy?

Hello, I have the same problem, I issued my police certificate from the embassy in Canada about 8 months ago, I came to Canada 2 years ago and didn't leave it ever since. Could I apply for PR with this police certificate ?? did anyone do that before and worked ?
