I have applied for PR and I received PFL. I took the help of RCIC approved immigration consultant for drafting the response of my PFL.
So far I have owned my PR application on my own and only for drafting the response of PFL, I took help of the consultant.
I am planning to upload the he PFL response prepared by consultant on the portal using the account which I own.
I just wanted to check if I have to inform IRCC that I took help of the consultant for drafting my PR response.
