what do you mean by “ Consultant ICCRC Number? asked in web form.

My mom has applied for citizenship in April 2019. He file is in “IN PROCESS” since June 2018.

Her age is 65 years and not yet contact IRCC for her file. Now she wants to fill web form to get where her file work is reached?

So may I use the web form as her son?
What is the benefit to use this form?
