Im a pakistani citizen and a PR in canada. Today i went to usa and they staple a form i94 on my passport. I came back to canada after few hours and didn’t return i94. They didn’t put any exit or entry stamp to canada when i returned back. But they put usa entry stamp. So my question is if i’m not travelling to usa in 6 months do i have to return the form back? And if i’m travelling to usa within next 6 months than i don’t have to return it back right? The expiry date on the form is jan2019.
