I am a Canadian citizen living in the US with my US Citizen husband and we are looking to relocate to Canada. We would prefer doing outbound sponsorship and waiting 6-8 months in the US before moving. We currently live in a travel trailer (thanks to the glorious housing market) and have the following plan in mind, and evidence to support our relocation:
- Emails with bank trying to create a joint account
- I currently have my Canadian bank and visa accounts still active
- Emails with an insurance broker for private insurance until we are eligible for health care
- Letter from pastor of church we will be attending in Canada
- Letter/Lease agreement from a family member whom we will be renting from
- Emails of job applications/potential job ads between my husband and I
- Letter from my dad stating he will help us haul our personal items back
- Sale posting for our trailer as we are leaving it here
- A document with all the information needed for resettlement (I created it for my husband for licensing, insurance, etc)
- A detailed written plan of how we will accomplish this
