US born minors applying Canadian Citizenship certificate

Hi
My son was born in the States to a Naturalized Canadian parent(my wife)
We already brought him back to Canada and we are about to apply for his Canadian Citizenship Certificate.
The CIC's application checklist (CIT004E) asks us to provide our kid's two pieces of ID.
Right now we have our kid's US Passport book, US Passport Card, SSN card and US birth certificate(Long form with our name and birth detail on it)
Which two of those documents should we choose to provide to CIC?
I am not even sure if SSN card and US birth certificate can be seen as ID.
As for the US passport book/card, will CIC view them as separate ID or just one ID in different form(Book/Card)?

I believe his passport and Social Security card would be accepted, as his birth certificate would be separately used to prove that he is your wife's son.

If you are using your child's US passport for identity purposes, make sure you also include copy of "page 26" along with the bio page. I had this issue with my children's. They were born in US. I was told to submit copy of "page 26" of US passport after submitting application since it says on the bio page to "see page 26". This caused minor delay since I only had to provide the copy without application being returned.
