I have a enquiry regarding Visa , I have been tourist in singapore and my sister got unwell as se was on work visa, so the hospital told me that they need blood relation to discharge her so I came from india to singapore, when i arrived they they charged me 5000$ bill,So They signed me the payment process in instalments to pay the bill. I came back to India and never paid the huge bill. It has been 8 months till now i have not paid, I want to apply for the Visa to another country like USA, Australia or Canada? WIll there be any issue?

Depends if Singapore has charged you criminally over fleeing the bill. If they have, you may have an issue.

Yes they have sent the 2 mails to me. just for payment. the last mail was in June 2019. after that no mail or legal notice. Pleae tell me clearly I want to apply for canada pr as secondary applicant will I go through and get visa or will be refusal?

The only way to be clear is to ask Singapore if they charged you with a crime.

Ok , I will consult them, but I dont think singapore immigration shares information with USa, canada immigration, if they have charged with crime, they will not share information.
