URGENT: Upload option for LOE

Dear members, I'm sure I saw an option to upload LOE yesterday but today its gone. I assume it could be because I uploaded all other documents but please let me know where I can upload the LOE, now that I don't see an option for it anymore

no worries.... It is normal.
Step 1: Log off and log back in.. If not seen --
Step 2: Do step 1 again.
