I need to know the following:
1. I found out that my profession is regulated ( Mechanical Engineer ). I need to know 'HOW' to get Quebec authorization. I checked OIQ.qc.ca and quite confusing. Also I need to know if I need to send the authorization along Quebec immigration docs or is there any option of doing this LATER ( after landing to Quebec ) ?
2. In documents checklist: 27 & 29. Please explain.
27 says: Authorization to practice issued by Quebec regulatory body.
29 says: Notice of eligibility for mutual recognition arrangement ( ARM ) issued by the regulatory body for this trade in Quebec OR Certificate of qualification or competence issued by Quebec regulatory body.
Can anyone care to explain whether this applies to my Condition as a Mechanical Engineer from Pakistan ?
