I transferred the GIC on 8/6/2017, till date i haven't got my GIC certificate. I have my swift payment receipt, My HDFC bank told me that my payment has been processed on the same date. They also provided me acknowledgement receipt. I have talked to Scotia customer care. They are saying that they haven't received any payment yet and I should contact my bank. And when I go to bank,they say the same thing that payment has been processed. What Should I do now??????? Whom should I contact?? Plz help!!
