I got invitation to apply for PR through EE. I submitted all my documents. However, i got additional documents request for my divorce certificate or Legal separation agreement.
My ex and I have been separated for almost a year, but not a full year yet. so we cannot apply for divorce. We did sign a separation agreement between him and i but no third party witness so i am not sure if this agreement is legal separation agreement.
My ex is very difficult to communicate and we are in the different city. He refused to sign anything with me and try to make this divorce become very difficult.
CIC request me to submit legal separation agreement or divorce certificate in 7 days. I cannot get hold of my ex. What should i do?
Also My ex was sponsored me to apply for PR through family sponsorship. After i decided leave him and he withdraw the application. Should i also use this as evidence to prove we are no longer together?
