Hello everyone, I know some people already asked similar questions here, but I wanted your opinion about my case specifically. I am specially concerned about the requirement of the 1 year continuous experience in the NOC for the FSW EE.
For this NOC I am today, I first started working remotely from Brazil (as a contractor) for about 11 months. Then, I moved to Canada and worked remotely for another company in the US also as a contractor (the switch happened in a matter of a few days only) and worked with them for an extra 5 months. After that, I moved to the company I am today (which is based in Canada) as a full time employee. All within the same NOC.
All these moves between companies happened in a matter of a few days (~2 weeks max in between within the same month).
Am I going to face issues with FSW if I apply prior to completing 1 year in this job I am now (November 2023)?
Below are the dates:
Job 1: 07/01/2021 - 06/10/2022
Job 2: 06/22/2022 - 11/11/2022
Job 3: 11/28/2022 - today
