urgent proof of travel HELP!!!

i send an urgent proof of travel to get a pr card soon.
i send it nov 5 its been 2 weeks . and its still not on process
what should i do??????

i did call but it does say anything..
the vioce machine say they will process it as soon as possible once they recieve it.. and thats the end of the option for that particular to that problem.. the next option is a diffrent one. if i go throu the voice machine ill end up from a different topic which will be confusing

Try speak with agent. I am not in Canada so can't help much I am afraid...

IT also says all Centre agents - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., your local time,

check your local time
