Urgent processing of PR card

Hello experts,

I just landed today at the Carway border.

Since my immigrant visa was only valid for 20 days, I had to land today.

However, I have an international trip to India departing on November 15 and coming back on December 6. Now this 3 weeks time is not enough to get the travel document from the embassy in India.

I never knew how soon will I get the PR process completed, hence this trip was already booked 4 months ago.

My question is:

I know there is NO urgent processing of PR card for new immigrants. Still do you guys think that if I send my air ticket and proof of payment for air ticket to plead and request them for urgent processing? I mean just giving it a try, would it be even helpful 1% of chance or it is just waste of time and money ?

Please advise friends,

Thanks

You can enter Canada using your COPR if you are coming from US on a private vehicle.
