I got the record of landing 12 years ago but never got the PR card. Now i was issued a permanent resident travel document to return to canada and get a PR card. I arrived in canada and sent an application. Here is the problem, because i dont have a credit card i had to use a friend's card to pay for the application. On the receipt, payer info, i wrote my info and not his, i even wrote the wrong client id which i really dont know wat that is or where to find it. What can i do? I sent the application in mail Today. I called the postcanada but they cant return the application.
