Urgent Please IELTS expiry

Quick question:
My IELTS will be expiring July 21. I will be getting my ECA report tomorrow. If I send my application tomorrow it will reach on Friday 07/18
Please let me know is this ok if CIC receives my application before 21st July or they need to open my application and confirm the receipt date. Because it will take couple of days to CIC to open the application
Please send the helpful information.
In the instructions - Language test results must not be older two years upon the date of receipt at CIO.
Not sure date received by courier or date they opened the application.

Go-ahead .forward your application as soon as possible tomorrow. and ensure its delivery before or on 21st July then you are safe. CIC actually count validity of any document from the date of document receipt in their office. Best of Luck

I would sincerely suggest don't take any risk but rather book for a IELTS slot asap. Once you receive the TR, submit the application. Which NOC are you applying?

Also, you KNOW that it's going to expire, why wouldn't you dare to attempt IELTS before you get you ECA? You should have been in safe haven by this time IMHO...
