I've applied for visitors visa and the NY Center received all my documents and passport last May 2, 2018 and was given tracker ID. As of today when I check the status on their websites, from day 1 until now it is PASSPORT IN TRANSIT TO VISA OFFICE. It's already one month and still the status is the same. I already contacted their hotline and they all gave the same spiel that they will be making reports etc. and this is going for 2 weeks now. I also send an email to them using the feedback@csc-cvac.com but was forwarded to supervisors email. Until now I have not received any status from their end. I am worried since my flight back to my country is in the 2nd week of June.
