My Friend is here on Closed Work Permit finished 18 months of work, got invitation to apply for PR and about to submit application tomorrow - but his company sending him back to his own country by mid of next month as he does not have any work since then.
Can he and his family submit application and await for decision from their homeland? or should I advise him to stay back and let his wife and kiddo to travel while he awaits for the decision made on his application.
