Urgent : Made a Mistake in filling WES online form

hi Guys,

i have made a mistake in filling the WES evaluation form,

Background : Engineering was between 2008-2012, in the Credential ISSUES option , i selected 2013 as that was the date on the degree certificate ( which normally is issues 5-6 months after the education is formally completed) however the WBS application now shows Bachelor or Enginnering 2013 which is wrong as technically it was completed in 2012.

what should i do , i cant change this info anymore so should i put a cover letter with the package explaining this or any other suggestions seniors?

i havent sent the docs to WES yet, i am thinking of putting a cover letter to WES so they can consider it during their evalaution.

if you check the wes website,there's a place where you can actually fill a complaint form.

May I know how you solved the problem, I am facing the same issue here, I typed the wrong date and year as graduation.

I contacted Wes they responded by saying that the date the degree was awarded is the date that will reflect on the ECA. So they did not change the date to year of graduation but rather the year the university issued the certificate
