Job responsibilities :-
Systematically escalate problems or variances in information to relevant owners, teams, and
managers following defined processes and standards.
• Understand performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in a live
environment.
• Analyse and detect errors for continuous process improvement.
• Meet predetermined productivity targets and quality standards within expected deadlines.
• Contribute to process changes to minimize handling time, increase work efficiency, and improve
the software tool used.
• Fungibility to transition within work types and flexibility to work across shifts.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with relevant teams, owners, and managers to resolve exceptions and
escalated issues.
