am a student visa-approved applicant, whose visa was approved on December 19, 2023, without medical request. I mistakenly submitted the passport without waiting for a medical request letter. I got my passport back without stamping and received a medical request from IRCC on January 5.On January 24, my medical was approved, and I received the biometric validation letter on January 26. On the same day, I received a message from IRCC saying, "Final decision: -January 26, 2024 Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details." Then I went to VFS for passport submission, but they did not accept my passport without an updated original passport request letter. Both of the times I received a biometric validation letter, but not the original passport request letter the second time.i have also done web raise form but there is no response.it has been 1 month since I inquiry to the ircc .
