urgent help needed regarding continuation of creation of new profile

I started the process of creating a profile, I completed up to education and language test information

now when i sign to GCkey, it takes me to a page where i can change gckey password and security question, there is no link to restart my incomplete application
After clicking on continue it takes to homepage of canada.ca services page without any account,

Please please please guide how to restart incomplete profile from point where i left, and which link to click for same
