Urgent help is needed please

I have sent my application to renew my permanent card on 24 of april 2017 yesterday i got this email(
For the purposes of determining if you have upheld the residency obligations in meeting the requirements for a Permanent Resident Card and in accordance with Section 28 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, please provide us with proof of your residency in Canada for the period 06 MAY 2012 to 06 MAY 2017. Please submit a copy of the following documents dated within the period specified above:


-Complete pages (including blank pages) of your passport(s)/travel document(s) held in the last 5 years. Ensure all pages are in colour and are clearly legible.

AND

- Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by the countries where you have travelled.)
i contacted my embassy to issue movement certificate they told me they do not issue it i need to have someone in my home country to issue it but i do not have any family member there to issue it for me tell me what i should do? thank you

1. send the passport copies. Send them colour copies. All pages.

2. Make an excel sheet in which you register your movement in last 5 years. You can do it by following the stamps on your passports. It's not easy to collect movement certificate from third countries and require long waiting time. If you can do it without error, then no need of movements certificate. You may have noticed that it says "OR".

I sent my exit and entry recorded on excel sheet as per the stamp on my passport. And they seemed to accept it. I got my renewal card today at mail.

did u send it when u sent ur application or u sent it after they sent u an email asking for additional information same they did with me ? thank u

I sent it at the time of submitting the application as i have heard that many of the applicants are receiving such requests afterwards. Don't worry - just send the exit and entry record. They have the passport copy to cross check.
