what is "Letter of Support from Province or Territory". Who issue this certificate and what needs to be stated in this letter?

You get the letter for support from the province that nominated you along with nomination certificate.

I talked to HR and Immigration consultant, they told me that i can not apply through LIMA exemption even though i have a ontario pnp certificate.As i'm got PNP approved under masters graduate stream they told me that i am not eligible to apply.

Is there some in the group who got PNP under masters graduate stream (non express entry) and applied through LIMA exemption, while employer pay a fee of $230.

FIRST contact OINP and ask them for a "Letter of Support" for your WP

4) IT SEEMS YOUR EMPLOYER DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT OR WANT TO PLAY DOWN ON YOU. THIS APPLICATION IS LMIA EXEMPT BECAUSE YOU WERE NOMINATED BY YOUR PROVINCE, HOLDING POSTGRADUATE WORK PERMIT DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE YOU WERE NOMINATED. YOU ARE APPLYING FOR NEW CLOSED WORK PERMIT WITH THE SAME EMPLOYER

5)ABDUL & MOVINCOOL WERE RIGHT, THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR YOU NOW

6)YOU MAY LEAD YOUR EMPLOYER TO TAKE THE $230 FROM YOUR WORK PAY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE WORKING BEFORE YOUR NEW WORK PERMIT IS READY - IMPLIED STATUS, NO LMIA FEE REQUIRED - LMIA EXEMPTED BECAUSE YOU WERE NOMINATED.

and third if OINP tell's you, that you can get a "Letter of Support"

did you consult any immigration lawyers for your closed work permit. what stream did you get your PNP (master graduate or employer) ???

I did it myself and I have a post graduate work permit and got SINP with employment restrictions.

Did you apply for W.p + status restoration ? Is it same procedure to apply

Did you get any message updated by CIC along with approved status? I see my application shows approved but there is no message saying work permit has been granted till XXX year either Softcopy.

I applied online ... Employer needs to fill IMM5802 Form. Your employer will have access to the employer portal. They need to pay employer compliance Fee 230$ & you need to pay 155$ for your closed work permit.

once they fill the details in employer portal, Offer of employment number will be created. Mine was like A0085XXX ..... You need this number. You have to mention this number in your work permit application.

Employer has to pay that fee. In my case, i paid since i was desperately needed the offer of employment.
