Urgent help: Application cancelled now unable to access new account linked

Good day,

My application was canceled due to incomplete submission, I created another account and linked it with the canceled application.

I later appealed regarding the first account cancellation and provided the missing document, but my appeal was refused.

Now I cannot access account newly created account, what do I do please???
