Urgent! Forgot to include the barcode page...

Hello Guys,

I am in serious tension please help me out regarding my PR application. I already mailed my application with the OINP letter in it. But I just found out that I forgot to include the barcode page in it. I know it could a big issue, anyone have any suggestions to help me out? Thanks!

I know it,s been a long time ago, but just wonder if you got rejected or returned the application due to this issue. Same issue for m just happened. any help would be really appreciated.
