My visa already get expired at May 16th. I submitted my visa extension application with some proof of ALMO application at May 14th. Today my employer just told me we got negative result. The reason is:
"In the geographical area of your business, labour market research indicates that there is no shortage of workers for this occupation in this specific industry at this time."
And it also mentioned CIC will not issue a work permit to me, which means i gonna get a rejected result for my WP. Does anyone could give me some suggestion to keep working in Canada. I have no chance to retrieve my working visa again, then how can I apply WP? I'm an Android developer, and my employer applied ALMO with NOC #2175, can we use another NOC #2173 to apply it again? How long should we post the AD for apply LMO? I don't know when I will receive the rejected letter from CIC. I think I don't have too much time left. Can anyone give me any suggestion? I will be very appreciated. Thanks.
