Expert members @Leon, Elineef appreciate your thoughts on an important question

After arriving into Canada in October 2010, I sponsored my son and travelled to India to accompany my family(Landed in Jan 2009 except for my son) which was moving permanently to Canada, the whole family returned to Canada on July 16,2014, the CBSA took all of our passports and stamped RR-Returning Residents on all including mine, Whne I mentioned that I was away from the country for 60 days, she told me that she already stamped the passport and that she would not be able to alter or cancel it, that I should be able to prove to CIC while applying for Citizenship that I was in Canada from Oct 2010-May 2011.

What are the implications of the RR stamp in my passport?
How likely is that the CBSA made a note of the RR stamp in her notes?
I have various documents including Driving license exam, insurance coverage,Health card application, completion of a course from Ryerson University and bank statements with hundreds of transactions to prove that I was here in Canada, my concern is how is the CIC going to view the application without having an opportunity to peruse the supporting documents.
