Hi,

When you apply they ask for your Employment Letters. They give you slots to upload for each job you had (Employment Letter , Employment Letter 2 , Employment Letter 3 , etc...)
When I send my application and received my AOR, I went to view the submitted document, and what I saw is that, I have 3 Employment Letters uploaded, but their slots where mixed up. Meaning:

Where the Document Name slot says : "Employment Records - System and Network Administrator (required)" and another one that says "Employment Records - IT Officer (required)", the pdf that was supposed to go into the first slot went into the second, and vice versa. Does it really matter where gets uploaded where? Specially that when you upload the PDFs it doesn't label them for you, it just says Employment Letter 2,3... Would it be a problem if they found another employment letter where it's labeled another one should be?

It happened with a lot of people and there was no problem for them. Cic knows this happens.
