All of them are the same, pretty much. Just call and see if they do upfront medicals. Don't settle for the cheapest. Those bastards don't care enough.
But this aside, why do you want to go upfront? It'll only save you two weeks tops, if it does save you time in that matter really! I suggest till you get your request and then go for it.
