Updating work/employment information

Hi folks,

I was wondering if one has to update their work information if they get a new job and are a sponsor? I'm sponsoring my wife to join me here and have sponsor approval status now.

Also, does the spouse have to update this type of thing too in case she gets new employment?

No I wouldn't worry about it, you have sponsor approval anyway and there is no financial requirement for sponsorship. Both myself and my wife who was my sponsor had changes in employment during the process but we never updated CIC.
