Updating US Visa refusal when PR application is in progress

Hi,

It has been 6 months since we applied for my Wife's Sponsorship. The application is currently under eligibility review in the New Delhi visa office and background check hasn't started yet.

My wife was refused US visitor visa a few months back after our PR application processing began.

Should we update the New Delhi visa office about this US visa refusal?

No, you don't need to update for a refusal that happened after submitting the PR app.
