Update mailing address on E-cas?

Hi all,
I wanted to know if anyone updated their mailing address online on E-cas and if it worked!!!

I wanted to know if it can be done online or is it necessary to send a case specific enquiry to do the same?

you can click on the link in ecas, and it will take you through a CSE. It works - I've done it, it takes a while to get updated on ecas, but it's not an issue.

I am sure you can go online and do it yourself, also you can call cic call centre just to double check.

Hi there,

I just did it successfully....but my advice is, send them an email to tell about the address change, instead of using their online form. I submitted the address change using the online form, and I didn't hear back from them. But as soon as I emailed them, they updated the address within about 2 weeks .
