Update info after PR Application submission

Hi

I submitted my PR application on 28 Feb and at that time my wife was unemployed. So her personal history latest status was unemployed. She started working on 1st week of Mar. On the second week, I received request to submit additional travel details, so with the travel details I attached an LOE to mention that my wife has started working. No points for this though.

Now, on 5 April, she has quit her job. So at this point, do I need to update my application to provide the update on her personal history? If yes, how do I do that now?
I am the main applicant and I have not claimed any point for my wife.
