Hello senior I would like to ask, where I have to send up date reference letter to CEC after I receive AOR, do i have to send it original or i can scan nd email them. And do i have to write cover letter to explain them. Thank you very much for all.

Scan and email to CPP-O. Make sure to include all your details in the email such as: Correct Names, DOB, Client ID#, Application # and Application Type(CEC). Also mention that you're attaching an updated employment reference letter and ask for it to be placed in your file. Subject of email should be "Employment Reference Letter -Client ID 1234-5678." If they require original letter, they will ask for it. Hope this helps. Goodluck.

1. Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document

2. Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document

3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)

4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number

5. Application number ( F#, EP#, E#, B#)

6. Type of application (Family Sponsorship, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee, Quebec Skilled Worker)


Please include your application number and the purpose of your email in the title.

Just to be clear, an "update" is of no value, since CIC cannot consider new experience that takes place after your application is received.

If you need to submit a correction or additional information, that's fine (that's not really an "update"). You can scan and email, an explanation of why you are submitting is important, but be very smart about what you write.

Thank you, I already submit all reference letter in document
: I apply on Sept 15 2013, reference letter 2011 October, I started working 15 sept 2011, I also put reference letter October 15 2012 both of them without duties, si I include reference letter from my ex manager my hour, duties, contract start nd I got it 2013 of September 15. Because my boss doesn't want give it. But now after I re new contract she will give it to me, reference letter include, salary, duties, start working till present. Is ok if i up date CIC with this letter. I hope anyone can give me an idea.. thank so much.
