unnamed LMO

hi i need HELP! it goes like this, my employer sent me the confirmation of Unnamed Labour Market Opinion request for last sept 18,2012 and from there i gathered all the nbecessary documents thinking i can now submit my application to CEM.but my friend told me i'll have to wait for the positive LMO, until now no result yet. and my employer,on the other hand submitted already the Foreign Names to Service canada, she always follow ups HRSDC for the positive LMO. The result is up to now my documents are still with me, and my worry is that my NBI(red ribboned) will expire on December 21, because in their document checklist it clearly states there that NBI must be for the last 3 months.

was my friend correct that i'll have to wat for the positive LMO?

hi me too has no name in the LMO.

my employer send me only the LABOR MARKET OPINION FOR #__________, nakastate dito ung approved na nga daw ung LMO na nirequest.

i think ito na un kc sa pagkakaalam ko sa ngaun d na nilalagay ang name ng applicant..

Yes, you have to renew your NBI clearance in order to process your application, and for the LMO they only need the confirmation number above the page meaning your name is under that confirmation number.

i called Canadian embassy manila yesterday and opened up my concern, they confirmed that i need to wait for the positive LMO for the genuineness of the LMO of the FN. Hope i'll get the positive LMO early nxt yr..

one thing,how about my other requirements like Certificate of employment,TOR,Diploma,Highschool transcript etc. i got them last week of sept and red ribboned, do i need to renew them or it's just fine?

I think red ribbon documents have no expiration (somebody correct me if not) and about the LMO processing is approximately 90 days.

except TOR and Diploma authenticated at CHED beacuse it clearly states there that certification is valid for 6 months only..90days po ba yun?kahit may confirmation of unnamed LMO na po? kasi sa website nila 5 days lang nakalagay dun.

I received my LMO last Dec. 4 and the job offer..this is the one needed to file at the CEM

I work permit is expiring 2nd week of Dec 2013 . My Employer has an unnamed LMO.

I am filling Work permit extension form IMM5710 E .
In the section "Details of Intended Work In Canada" question no. 6 (LMO) No.
When I asked my employer about LMO no. He gave me employer id .
The form doesn`t validate and error pop up saying LMO no. should be greater than or equal to 6000000.

Does anybody can help me on this ? My employer doesn't know much about these things and I will follow up with
him to so that he can ask his lawyer.

Any pointers would be great .
