University sealed transcripts - not properly done?

After chasing the university for three months, I finally got the sealed envelopes. I noticed couple of things:

1) Envelope is provided by me. It is not official University envelop.

2) University seal and signature are on one side of the envelope only (open Flap is closed and sealed). There is no stamp on the other side (smaller flap).

Will this cause any problem, should I go back to the university. Please advise.

It sounds it may not be easy to get Univ seal, if not use what you have along with notarized copy of marksheets

If it is possible, please get seals on the small flap and also any other joint in envelope

I am a June applicant. My AOR may come in Sept. So, I am going to send the envelopes back for extra seal on the envelope.

Since you have the time it might make sense to do that - if it doesntw ork out send notarized mark sheets - ND VO accepts that as well

They do but according to my consultant and many others on the forum, they accpt notarized as well - they are many who got their PR that way

that said, with VO becoming stricter - always better to have transcripts and only when not possible send notarized copies with an explanation of why transcripts were not possible
