I am from INDIA.I want to go for higher studies in canada.I am confused betwwen selection of university and college.I got mix review about both.I heard that the chance of rejection is high under university application?is it so?Please provide me guidance.I want to apply for fall 2013.And also list some good universities and colleges.

Can u tell me by which month i should take my ielts test and start procedures to apply in universities?I am preparing for ielts at present.I am not taking GRE.

See, most universities open there applicant portal for applicants around Oct-Mar, in your case, oct 12- mar 13..

So, i would recommend you that you should complete your test before oct..

Indeed a university application usually tends to have a high chance of rejection but with a profile like yours, you don't have to worry. Go for a university.

Procedure for admission in graduate program is different as that of INDIA. You have penalty of time. You can start applying now ( CAn get conditional admission without IELTS). Whether you are looking for M.Eng or MASc , You will require a faculty member of graduate studies who accepts you to supervise you..

Rejection is high when the individual(s) applying to the university doesn't meet certain criterias, I wouldn't worry too much as they're alot of universities around.
