i want to take addmission in these uni ..widout ilets or with the help of ESL........i have 5 bands in ILETS...... i already applied on 12 dec 2012 for stouffville college........but no response yet from chc islamabad.....81days gone...... :'(

You need High first division to apply in any university in Canada plus at least 6.5 in IELTS

university of saskatchwen english proficiency requirement shows that if you h'v spenyt 4 year or more in a university or college where english is primray languate of instruction then you wavied IELTS. and some university wavied ielts such situation like this. in this situation some university waived IELTS otherwise noooooooooo.
