university of Ottawa and Caltorn application

I have applied for graduate studies in electrical and computer field to university of Ottawa and Caltorn university for September intake 2017 in the last week of February .The status shows under evaluation for both the unis.how long will it take for the unis. to accept me .
My cgpa for undergraduation is 9.01
Ielts - 7 bands

Please help

I have send an electronic copy of my ielts result to the university of Ottawa.Do they accept the electronic copy as they have not mentioned the acknowledgement​ of receipt to my file .But the tatus they show is your -file is complete . Should i send them an hard copy of ielts result or wait for the decision .
