Well you "can" accept an admission offer from Uni of ON. Just pay the deposit, they'll understand the signal.
But if you are asking whether you will "get accepted" by the university or not, it depends on your academic background. It's solely university's decision.
In case you're asking whether you "should" go to the uni, then I can't answer that as I haven't attended these universities nor anyone I know went there. So maybe someone else familiar with these universities will answer that.
