Hello, I've been told by the University of Toronto and CIC that I need my diploma and transcript sent directly from the University itself.
HOWEVER. The University REFUSES to do it. They did provide me with the documentation but THEY WILL NOT SEND IT. I have to do it myself.
What can I do about this? My diploma is in Spanish, not even in English.
Can I get these documents translated by a certified translator and send them inside a sealed envelope PROVIDED by the University?
If not, what else can I do?
I'd appreciate any useful information, specially if you have already done this in some other way.
