I submitted a CSE a few days back just to clarify some communication that I received but didn't submit anything at that time so is this email just a standard response to a CSE or am I receiving this email for other documentation like my Schedule 4/Celpip results that I submitted a couple weeks ago? Any Clarification would be great.

It's a standard, automated response. I sent two CSEs with additional documents and got the same response as yours.

Even i gt the same reply yesterday. So i guess it should be an automated reply to cse. I sent two cse and gt two replies together

That I'm not sure about. I'm pretty sure this is just an automated reply and everyone gets the same thing.

@riddymon, can you please tell me how long did it take for you to get a reply from CIC after rasing a CSE.
Just wanted to know the approximate time, as i have also uploaded a document via CSE. Thanks!
