I have a enquiry regarding Visa , I have been tourist in singapore and my sister got unwell as se was on work visa, so the hospital told me that they need blood relation to discharge her so I came from india to singapore, when i arrived they they charged me 5000$ bill,So They signed me the payment process in instalments to pay the bill. I came back to India and never paid the huge bill. It has been 12 months till now i have not paid, I want to apply for the PR Visa to another country like USA, Australia or Canada? WIll there be any issue? As i have not stayed for more than 7 days, So no PCC needed, So I will clear my security checks or there will be issue?
