understanding GCMS notes

1) the system automatically generates all the differences between the ee profile with the app, and writes down as a note for each with the submission date. and yes, they record everything at a)when ee was created b)ITA c)submission date d)any change made before ITA but after ee initially created (this is my guess since i didn't make any change)

2) the date and time was 18 hours faster from EST... like why?(I thought they would use GMT) I have to deduct 18 hours to get the real EST of the notes event

3) my time line
AOR - Jan. 11
Medical Passed - Feb. 18
No Add. Doc. Needed - Feb. 18
Background NN-NS(Feb.18)-NN(Mar. 1)

corresponding events
supportive agent review (note date and time in EST Feb 18 12:33 PM NS Local time 1:33PM)
this agent simply summarized the application, identified where to find each document and updated the medical result

agent review (Feb 21 9:31 AM EST)
this agent reviewed my education

another agent review (Mar 1 7:34AM EST local time 8:34AM)
it was an R10 review, checked police certificate and explanation on SQ

the file then transferred to Ottawa overnight
and got an analyst review the next day (note date Mar 2 4:34 PM EST)

4) I didn't have the transcript slot but I submitted a confirmation letter of graduation and downloaded unofficial transcript online along with the diploma. They didn't care about the letter at all, but the transcript seemed to be accepted by the analyst.

5) I entered a number on available fund and submitted online bank statements and a screen cap of balance. It seems that nobody cares.
Supportive agent set out all documents for review, but Agents only reviewed education and police certificates. And since I answered yes on SQ, they also reviewed that, then passed my R10. Proof of Fund wasn't mentioned neither from agents or analyst. (CEC no need to worry about fund)

6) by Mar 10, the security check was not started,

7) under info sharing, they notified the states right after the supportive agent started reviewing...guess somehow the American government does know everything, I mean EVERYTHING

No, not quite!

MEC is Minimum Eligibility Criteria and every PNP is a EC (Economic Class) applicant, so they must belong to FSW, CEC or FST. The MEC is related to these sub PNP classes if you will... So for FSW you must meet the six factor (also known as 67/100), for CEC you must meet at least 12 months of continuous full time employment, etc.

Some PNP have extra criteria (like OINP that requires you to maintain above 400), these are also analysed during the A11.2 analysis.

I think EVERYONE goes through INFO SHARING, I think its standard as I've yet to see someone who hasn't... Plenty of people who have never been to the US also go through it so that's what makes me think it's standard.

My AOR is Feb 10, so far the only update I had is "medicals passed" on March 10. BG changed from NA to NS on March 10 and has been like that ever since. Do you think it's time to order gcms or better to wait till 3 months pass after AOR?

Your BC should change back to NA, I'd order them a few weeks after that happens if you want to see your A11.2 recommendation.

I ordered Gcms notes on 3th march and i got on 30th march...It says the following..
R10 ALL OK REVIEW.... CRIMINALITY AND MEDICAL PASSED..( SECURITY CHECK WAS NOT STARTED AT THAT TIME NOW ITS IN PROGRESS)
11.2 REVIEW REQUIRED and R 87.1 required ?

In the bottow it says... Awaiting officer review B.F. 30 DAYS...? My file is in cpc ottawa..

Does any one have an idea regarding my file ?. Thanx

You need to paste the whole comment if you want help, as it needs to be analyzed. BF means Bona fide so in good faith. Usually this means the analyst or officer is not convinced that something in your file is genuine, so it may be your relationship or something else... please share more data so that we can analyze and help you.

Hii.. But generally everyone under CEC passes through 11.2 and 87.1 if i am not wrong its the part of their check.... i didnt submit pay stuf or t4 may be this could be the reason they are reviewing.....Thanx

I think bf is same bfd.....meaning bring forward date.....meaning that is the date your application will be reviewed next.... In your case, 30 days..... What's ur timeline and BG like?

Thanks for your advice! I'm also thinking about ordering later. Do you know any cases when BG stayed NS but R10 and A11.2 were done already? Because there are cases when BG is NA all the time and people get PPR.

Obviously Not Started 1 month ago. Probably started by now - no one can tell.

Yes.

If yes, will this happen after my Security changes to "Pass"?

Not necessarily - because security and eligibility are mutually exclusive.
