Under which stream should I apply for the PR

Hey everyone, I have graduated from my post-grad program in Ontario an currently working in a gas station full time on my PGWP. As I did only one year of studies my PGWP is going to expire in July next year i.e July 2019. My gas station owned has agreed to appoint me as a manager of the gas station here and I will be officially starting my position as a manager in August 2nd week. Now what I want to know is what are the options available for me to apply for my PR and get it before my PGWP expires.

A little bit about my background, I have completed my bachelor's from India and worked for 2 years(full-time) in an IT company as a software engineer. My IELTS Gen score is S:7, L-8, R-7, W-6.5

Your PGWP expires by July 2019 which means you will be working under NOC O A or B category only for 11 months which is not acceptable under CEC category. My advice is since you have back home experience , try giving IELTS again and score 8777-LRWS respectively. You will be eligible for FSW-Inland category.

What about OINP, can I apply for it? The employer owns the gas station from the last 4 years and they are 2 person in partnership but they don't have 3 employees who are working there full-time. Is there any way around it?

• A minimum of $500,000 in gross annual revenue for the most recent fiscal year, and
• Three full-time employees who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents at the location where you will work."
